We take your privacy very seriously. We are the sole owner of the information collected on our site. we only access the information you voluntarily give us for booking/confirmation concerns. Your information is 100% protected. we will not sell or rent this information to anyone. 

 

SCHEDULING/BOOKING POLICY

To book appointments. select service below. You will be prompted to select a date & time of your preferences. A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure an appointment. you will next be prompted to pay. your deposit will be credited towards your remaining balance. Remaining balance is due in CASH ONLY. Must have exact change. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

NO CALL, NO SHOW WILL GET CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE. SAME DAY CANCELLATION WILL GET CHARGED FULL SERVICE. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Your car needs are very important to Brooklyn Auto Detailing LLC. We understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request 48 HOURS in advance notice to reschedule. Your deposit will be credited towards your new appointment. Rescheduling may be done ONCE anything after that appointment is canceled. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

 

RESCHEDULING & LATENESS POLICY

Cancellation are very costly to our small business. Of course, we anticipate things or that hey emergency happens. should this happend we will try to accommodate you as best as we can, but we please ask that you try as hard as to keep all appointments with us as we do for you. Also, given unexpected circumstances due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseeable circumstances we will contact you within a reasonable time in the event of any delay, from our behalf, with an appropriate time of arrival or if you may choose to change your appointment to another date for your convenience. your deposit will NOT be affected.

 

NO RUSH POLICY

Please understand our reputations is built on quality service and we will not comprise the integrity of our work by taking shortcuts. if services are not allowed the full amount of time required, that will result in potential errors so please plan and schedule accordingly. we will try our best to ensure deadlines are met, but there may be some circumstances that will require more time than initially estimated. we will, however, keep you informed throughout the process. 

 

INSPECTION INSIDE AND OUT

We are very friendly at Brooklyn Auto Detailing LLC. we allow all customers to do a through inspection of your vehicle once our team has completed service. should you find anything our team has missed, simply point it out to them and they will make it right. Our team is dedicated to making sure you're happy with your service. should you fail to inspect your vehicle or have someone else inspect your vehicle  on your behalf, we are NOT responsible should you find something our team missed later.

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

On the day of your service, please make sure all personal possession is removed from your vehicle before the start of the service. Brooklyn Auto Detailing LLC will not be responsible for any damage or loss in and outside of the vehicle. A photograph will be taken before commencing the service. 

 

PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE

We will do a vehicle inspections walkthrough alongside the customers to find any pre-existing damages. some vehicles tend to have interior components that are broken, scratches, worn out, faded, and don't work or become loose and cracked. we will bring it to your attention therefore you agreed not to hold Brooklyn Auto Detailing LLC liable. Dirt can hide imperfections such as swirl marks, cracked windshield, scratches, dings, dents, paint chips, fine lines, hard water stains, and etc if we find any we make you aware. Please understand we will not be responsible for correcting these pre-existing damages. 

 

PHOTOGRAPH AND VIDEO

Brooklyn Auto Detailing LLC have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to the third parties.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Brooklyn Auto Detailing LLC reserve the right to refuse or deny booking or continue with our service if we deem the customer to be unreasonable. we reserve the right to refuse or deny customers demand that is above and beyond the booking of the service.
